Ideal not only for microscopes but also for balances , fibre optics and a range of other sensitive instruments.

Range of top plates available

This microscope base incorpoates three 2Hz isolators with a range of top plates designed to accomodate microscopes and other instruments. The isolators uses a rolling diaphragm to achieve the low resonance frequency and dual air chambers linked via a pinhole to give optimised dampening. The isolators are simply inflated via a hand pump , varying the pressure permits different types and weight of microscopes to be used . The working height is only 52mm meaning a comfortable working height for microscope. A range of top plates are available including ; Nickle plated contoured surfaces as in the picture above , square top plate sufaces along with or without grid of M6 on 25 or 50mm spacings or 1/4-20UNC holes on 1 or 2inch spacings.
